The US Consulate takes on the streets in Thao Dien, District 2

Along with more than 1,200 volunteers at 18 locations in Ho Chi Minh City, the US Consulate together with Keep Vietnam Clean and Green participated in Earth Day Cleanup on Sunday morning, April 22 in Thao Dien, District 2. Along with their parents, the little girls and boys also had chances to become little green warriors to join hands and protect the environment.

The little is having a great time with her daddy.

For a second year in a row, the US Consulate has joined Earth Day. This year, Keep Vietnam Clean & Green is proudly to have the US Consulate as a Gold Sponsor, not only supports us in organizing process but also with enthusiastic participation

At the event “Earth Day: Fish or plastic – What’s your lunch made of?” on Thursday, 19 April at the American Center, Keep Vietnam Clean and Green had the opportunity to meet and interviewed Mr. Roedemeier, Green team Representative at the US Consulate for his thoughts on this year’s Earth Day:

Moreover, the US Consulate also participated in many other projects at Keep Vietnam Clean & Green, namely monthly Community Clean-up.
